Ingredients: - Tomato sauce base (bertolli 5 cheese 1 jar) - Sage - Rosemary - Thyme - Truffle salt (dash) - Table salt - Paprika (!) - Parsley - 1/2 med yellow onion - Caramelized, sautéed onions (diced) (in olive oil) (high heat) - 1/2 med yellow onion - Sweated onions & 5 med cloves garlic (diced) (in olive oil) (low heat) - 3/4 cup shredded parmesan - 1/2 cup full fat Mozzarella - Worcestershire sauce (splash) - Juice of 1 large lemon - Tomato paste, 1 can - Hot, starchy pasta water - 1 brick sausage, browned - drained - Optional: Flatiron Co "Sweet Heat", to taste - Linguine, Al dente, boiled for 11 minutes in heavily salted, filtered water Preparation: 1) Make the sauce 2) Make the noodles 3) Eat Notes: The cheese we're adding is gonna add a lot of fat. We don't wanna break the sauce so we drain the fat from the sausage after browning it.
