Ingredients - 7-9 Roma Tomatos - 1/2 White Onion - 3 Whole Serranos (or JalapeƱos for less heat) - 1 Head of Cilantro (chopped) - 0.5 to 1 Large Lime - 2 tsp Sea Salt - Bag of chips Preparation: 1) Dice tomatoes to small cubes 2) Chop peppers finger than tomatoes and onions; keep seeds. 3) Chop cilantro head decently fine 4) Add chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cilantro into bowl 5) Chop lime in half, squeeze juice into mixture to taste. Half, maybe 3/4 of the lime, or maybe the entire lime. 6) Mix ingredients before adding onion 7) Dice onion to small pieces, similar size to tomatoes. Mix into bowl 8) Add salt to taste 9) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Salt will cause tomatoes/onions/etc to release more juices over time
