Serves 2 adults (minimally) Ingredients: - 1 tbsp vegetable oil - 3 tbsp popcorn kernels - 3 tbsp butter - 2 tsp sea salt - 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, for cheesy flavor) Preparation: 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil on medium heat on stovetop in skillet until warm 2. Add popcorn kernels to skillet. Cover. 3. After 5-7 minutes, turn off heat and allow kernels to finish popping. Melt butter in microwave, about 1 minute at 50% power (1000W). 4. Pour popcorn from skillet into medium/large mixing bowl. 5. Pour melted butter over popcorn. Add salt and nutritional yeast. Toss until thoroughly mixed.
