Carrot Dog by Tabitha Brown Ingredients: - X Carrots (depends on how many dogs you want) - X hot dog buns - 1 cup Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce) - A few tablespoons of A1 Sauce - A few tablespoons of Raw Blue Agave Syrup - 2 cups of water - A few splashes of liquid smoke - A bit of ketchup - A little garlic powder Preparation: 1) Put all ingredients except Carrots into a pot and bring to boil. This creates our curing solution. 2) Chop carrot to desired hot dog size. Peel with a peeler 3) Boil carrot(s) in pot with curing solution for about 10-15 minutes with the top off 4) Cover up pot and let boil for another 10 minutes 5) Take out of pot and add to skilleet (cast-iron preferred). Turn regularly 6) Add carrot to bun. Add desired toppings
